Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie
Multi-Stop New York City Costume Tour
From September 8th, 2023 - September 23rd, 2023, I facilitated nine appearances of the Paw Patrol Mighty Pups throughout New York City. I managed and coordinated schedules for a staff of over 20 people to ensure events ran smoothly. Additionally, I managed a $70K budget that included sponsorship costs, full amusement park buyouts, vendor payments, staff payments, staff transportation, transportation costs for 900 event attendees, amongst other event expenses. See below for some images from our events.
Paw Patrol x CAMP Store
On both Friday, September 8th and Saturday, September 9th, the Mighty Pups made an appearance at the CAMP store to celebrate the release of their newest movie. Chase and Rubble confidently navigated between the CAMP gift store and the Paw Patrol Experience for both days. They gave many hugs, high paws and smiles to all of the guests who came in to interact. Both Rubble and Chase participated in the VIP event in which they assisted with special Paw Patrol training facilitated by the staff to teach kids how to keep up with the Mighty Pups. The mascots saw and met with some 500+ kids and families over the course of both days.

The Mighty Pups made their way back to the Big Apple just in time to celebrate the 13th Seacrest Studio Grand Opening at Cohen Children’s Medical Center on Tuesday, September 19th. The pups walked the red carpet along with patients and hospital staff and took photos with those who had come to celebrate the ribbon cutting. Seeing the pups put smiles on the faces of many patients who had come to join the festivities. Staff members of all ages asked to take pictures with Chase, Rubble, Skye and Marshall so they could show their kids when they got home after a busy day of saving lives.

Paw Patrol x People Magazine
The pups made their way down to the Financial District to pop in for another fun day at People Magazine / DotDash Meredith. The pups greeted a crowd of families who had been invited to a very special advance screening of PAW PATROL: THE MIGHTY MOVIE along with canine first responders in attendance. Guests were able to grab photos with their very favorite Paw Patrol pups and the real life hero dogs before heading into the theater. Once inside, the pups and first responder dogs were brought to the stage one more time to kick off the movie and present a generous check to American Humane on behalf of the pups in the amount of $10K to continue their commitment to the welfare and care of animals.

Wednesday, September 20th- Chase, Marshall, Rubble and Skye made a quick visit to the Ronald MacDonald House of New York to visit some very sweet kids who couldn’t wait to play with the pups in their playroom. The pups definitely brought smiles to all of their faces and the parents were so appreciative of the visit. Spirits were most certainly lifted as both kids and pups alike danced and played together.

Paw Patrol x American Dream Mall Family Day
To finish out the tour, nearly a thousand excited fans gathered at the Nickelodeon theme park at the American Dream Mall in New Jersey to ride roller coasters, get their faces painted like one of the pups, get flash tattoos of the characters and meet Chase, Rubble, Skye and Marshall in person - all on behalf of Paramount studios. Families lined up to wait their turn to be on the stage for the meet and greet and subsequent photo op so they could cherish the memory for years to come.
